PakGoldPrice.pk gives people in Pakistan one place to check a gold price they can trust: today’s Sarafa rate in every karat and unit, the international price behind it, city rates, a calculator and the price history.
Why we started
Buying or selling gold is one of the biggest money decisions many Pakistani families make, for weddings, savings or emergencies. Yet the rate found online is often out of date, missing the karat you need, or shown without saying where it came from. We built this site to fix that: every number is sourced, dated and explained, and our tools answer the questions people ask at the jeweller’s counter.
Our editorial standards
- Sourced: rates come from the daily announcement of the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association and the international spot price, as explained in our methodology.
- Dated: every price shows the date it applies to.
- Checked: daily figures are cross-checked against at least one other published report.
- Corrected openly: verified errors are fixed within one working day.
- Independent: we do not buy or sell gold, and advertisers have no say in our rates or guides.
- Not advice: we explain how the market works; we do not tell readers to buy or sell.
